Option 1 - Virtual Consultation & Plan

This option includes a 60 minute virtual consultation and a plan that outlines the summary of the consultation, specific goals, action steps and resources.

This option is perfect for parents who need some initial education and are motivated to implement tools and strategies on their own. It is also a great option for parents who need support in navigating classroom support for their child including IEP/504 Services.

Follow-up support and additional consultation are available as needed.

Option 1 - $200

Option 2 - Weekly/Bi-Weekly Virtual Sessions

This option is an excellent choice for parents seeing education in ADHD/Executive Function and would like more consistent support and accountability in implementing tools and strategies in the home.

Option 2 - $150/Session

*Completion of Parent Questionnaire

*60 Minute Virtual Sessions

*Post-Session Correspondence that provides a summary of the session and any slides, visuals or resources relevant to our session together.

Option 3 - Group Parent Workshop

This option includes a Seven-Session Virtual Interactive Parent Workshop series called Calm and Connected: Parenting Children and Teens with ADHD/Executive Function Challenges©.  The workshop examines how ADHD can impact your child’s development (beyond hyperactivity, impulsivity, and inattentiveness) and then helps you develop the tools necessary to create a calm environment where compliance and growth can occur.  Specific strategies are designed to establish workable, realistic rules and expectations, reduce homework stress, frustration, and chaos, and improve children’s problem-solving, self-advocacy, and communication skills. 

My next Calm and Connected Parenting Workshop will begin on January 6th, 2026.  Registration is limited.

7 Sessions: $495

Session 1 ONLY: The  Social and Emotional Impact of ADHD/EF on Learning, Behavior, Motivation and the Family System - 2 Hours $80

*Following Session 1 if parents want to join the balance of the 7 session workshop, the fee for the first session will be reduced from the $495 above.
